I like him. He can pronounce syne properly, with its soft s, not a grating z like some muppets. I had tickets for his concert in April, but goodness knows when he will be on tour next. The pandemic keeps growing and we are confined to our households.
The streets are empty this Hogmanay but Edinburgh has done a nice photography light dance of drones with Scottish music and some great poetry in Scots (and Gaelic) as a backdrop. I posted the link in the Canteen.
Hope 2021 is better for all of us.

I like Dougie too! I recall I saw him in concert with Andy Stewart...I think.

I'll go find your link for Fdinburgh. It's one of my pipe dreams to be there for Hogmanay, but I doubt that will ever happen. Good to dream though!
