Yummy ... I bought peaches today but think I'm going to try making peach sorbet with them. I had planned on peach ice cream but figured I'd cut back on the calories from all that cream and eggs.

The peaches are just go great at this time of year and the nectarines!

I have made these they are delicious. I put oatmeal instead of the almonds and a little more butter but same idea. Especially with summer peaches!
