Ant-Man/Civil War spoilers

Someone posted a brief rundown of the end credits scene of Ant-Man. Admittedly, I haven't seen it, I can't entirely place it in its context, but I am so fucking pissed. Scene description/dialogue and why I'm pissed below the cut.

They can't go to Tony because of some agreements he's signed. (Registration agreements, maybe?)

See, as you know, I love CW. And I had kind of wanted it in the movies, but first I wanted there to be a reason for me to be upset about them fighting (like there is in the comics because they are so tragic in their friendship; in the movies they barely speak to each other) and it would have been nice if they had made it so that Tony would get any amount of empathy from anyone who isn't already an avid Steve/Tony shipper.

No, I don't think it's a red herring at all. Unfortunately.

I think CW will be good quality, just based on the quality of Cap 2 (same people). But whether I like it or not is another thing.

I know Sebastian Stan was in Atlanta this weekend due to filming so I wouldn't be surprised if Jeremy's part is small or if they did his stuff first based on his other filming schedules.
