Briefly, I wondered why a random stranger friended me. Then I remembered the meme and I proceeded to re-read that macro a few more times. ;)

I keep meaning to get into Good Omens, but they never seem to have it at the book store. The main reason I want to read it is because of SPN fandom and Crowley. I've yet to read anything else by either Terry Pratchet or Neil Gaiman, which I think is a bad thing..

LOL, yeah, sorry, I was really behind. I caught up on comments today.

It's a good, cheeky book! Perhaps you could order it? It's totally worth it.

I discovered Good Omens years ago, when it was first published, actually. I was a fan of Gaiman's Sandman comics, and came across the British version (I have this one here) at a flea market. I've never actually read the US edition. My perceptions of both of them are based on the British edition cover. You can't see much, and I think Az looks a bit like Sting, so there you go, LOL.

I picked it up because Gaiman's name was on the cover and I loved it. I hadn't read it in years, and then everyone was talking about SPN cribbing off it. It's still packed in a box since I've moved, more's the pity.

WHAT FILM IS THAT? I NEED IT IN MY LIFE LIKE YESTERDAY.

Crowley has always been Johnny Depp in my head, though now i've seen Crowley in Spn I'm more inclined to think Mark Sheppard, mostly because I LOVE HIM.

I'm glad you've discovered GO fandom bb. Sounds like you feel about it the way I do Sherlock :D

It's a movie called Where the Heart Is. The 1990 version, not the 2000 one.

Yes! You should put it on the top of the pile. ;)

Haha, the movie is the 1990 version of Where the Heart Is. It's adorable. David Hewlett cracks me up in it.

I love Mark as Crowley. He suits the role.
