Laundry Day

I'm pulling dress clothes
out of the dryer,
and I think, "These look great!
Why would anyone waste time ironing?"
And then I recall
what my mom used to say,
"You can't do anything right."

We iron them because somehow the transition from dryer to laundry basket to closet is too much on the poor dears. ;)
