A revelation

Why is it that the closer I become to adulthood, the more disgusted I become of other adults? It's like every year I age, I notice one more unappealing, self-centered, or dishonest habit that it seems like more and more adults exhibit. Not all adults, of course, just more than there seemed to be ten years ago.

I've noticed that the older I get the less tolerant I am of other people's bullshit. I also have more self confidence so I'm more likely to call them on it. I think the wool had just been pulled from your eyes and you're seeing older people as more fallible.
