By otana, Once tagged by this entry, the assignment is to write a blog entry of some kind with six random facts about yourself. Then, pick six of your friends and tag them; no tag backs. This explanation should be included.I don't usually do these things. But I've never been tagged before and am getting excited about it. Now I have to think of 6 random ( Read more... )

Beautiful post, I love the images.

I'm terrified of butterflies, the way they move creep me out in a big way - something about how fluttery they are, and how their wings would feel dusty if touched, and how you can't predict their flightpath. Brr. Moths are even worse.

Okay, I'm totally fascinated by this, and I hope I don't offend. manawolf and I were discussing this phobia the other day, and we just couldn't understand it. Though at the same time having a phobia myself, I understand how logic just doesn't come into it at all.

Sometimes I can't switch gory pictures out of my head. A rogue severed head in the toilet, a rotting corpse in the dumpster, a putrid hand grabbing my ankle as I go to bed. It can get in the way of normal life sometimes.

I actually get this sometimes. I'll get really morbid thoughts in my head, like how instant is instant death; are you still alive while the blood pumps around your body one more time? Or I'll stub my toe and imagine the pain is really from slicing my toe off or something bizarre like that.

Haha of course you don't offend. I don't know why it started. But they way they jitter and twitch just really sends creeps down my spine. I know what you mean about exaggerating main as well, although with me it's usually fear that my nail's come off or something.

So what do you think...
In Silence of the Lambs, who is scarier, Hannibal Lecter or the Death's Head Moth?

Have you seen Joseph Wu's origami site?

I can't really remember that film so i can't really say... who was Death's Head Moth? I can say that I've watched the full trilogy and the cannibalism thing was something you kinda got used to...?

That is some insane origami. Might have to showcase it on some future entry!

Wow, did you try that out after you saw this post or do you do these things for fun? That's cool. But it's a butterfly so... GET THAT AWAY FROM ME!

I used to do them for fun. Its cool to take a piece of paper and make a whole crowd of tiny people with their shadows. I did this butterfly after I saw the pictures, but I've done them before. Paper art is really cool because most art puts something ON paper, but paper art is just paper...

...and its a moth! Mwahaha
