When I microwave cheese it melts. At first it tastes and feels like yummy melted cheese. Then it cools and feels like rubber. If you melt cheese using regular heat it cools nicely and becomes limp yummy cheese.

This summer my friend Laura (who shares season tickets) took me to two Red Sox games-- one in late August vs. the Angels and one in late September vs. the Yankees. They were awesome!
