Tutorial #6

to

1) Go to Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Curves

RBG                    RED                    GREEN               BLUE
Input: 123           Input: 129           Input: 140           Input: 135
Output: 152        Output: 132        Output: 143        Output: 149

2) Go to Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Selective Color

REDS -100, +20, +100, 0
YELLOWS -100, -10, +100, 0
GREENS +100, -100, +100, 0
CYANS +100, -100, +100, 0
BLUES +100, 0, -100, 0
MAGENTAS +100, +100, -100, 0
WHITES +50, 0, 0, 0
NEUTRALS +20, -7, -9,

3) Go to Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Selective Color

REDS  -100, +20, 0, 0
YELLOWS -100, +8, +50, 0
GREENS +100, -100, 0, 0
CYANS +100, -60, -100, 0, 0
BLUES +100, -10, -100, 0
NEUTRALS +10, -10, -14, 0

Duplicate that layer and set it to Normal 30%.

4) Go to Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Color Balance

MIDTONES  -10, 0, -10
SHADOWS +10, 0, +10
HIGHLIGHTS +10, +10, -10

5) Make a new Curves layer

BLUE
Input: 143
Output: 153

6) New Selective Color layer

REDS -50, +10, 0, 0
YELLOWS +100, +10, 0, 0
GREENS +100, -30, 0, 0
CYANS +100, -8, -23, 0
BLUES +100, 0, -100, 0
NEUTRALS -10, -10, -19, 0

7) Make a new Color Balance

MIDTONES +10, +10, +5
SHADOWS -10, +10, +10
HIGHLIGHTS -3, -5 , -10

Duplicate that layer.

8) Go to Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Channel Mixer

RED +102, -3, +2,
BLUE +2, +2, +100

9) Go to Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Level

Input Levels: 10, 1.00, 255

10) Go to Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Hue/Saturation/ Lightness

MASTER 0, +10, 0
CYANS 0, +10, 0
BLUES 0, +10, 0

11) I added text and a crown on hayley found here, or if you want you can go a bit more creative and add a background like this>

1) Make a new Curves

RBG
Input: 108
Output: 149

2) Make a new Selective Color layer

REDS -100, -30, 0, 0
YELLOWS -100, -10, 0, 0
GREENS +100, +100, +100, 0
CYANS +100, -100, -100, 0
BLUES +100, -14, -26, 0
MAGENTAS -100, 0 -100, 0
NEUTRALS +20, -17, -22, +10

3) Make another new Selective Color layer

REDS -100, -30, 0, 0
YELLOWS -100, -30, +20, 0
GREENS +100, -100, -100, 0
CYANS +100, -10, -22, 0
BLUES +100, -5, -45, 0
MAGENTAS +100, -100, +100, 0
NEUTRALS +5, -15, -26, +20

4) Make a new Selective Color

REDS -100, -10, 0, 0
YELLOWS +50, -10, +10, 0
GREENS +100, -100, +100, 0
CYANS +50, -10, -15, 0
BLUES +100, -5, -12, 0
NEUTRALS -10, -10, -16, +5

Duplicate that layer.

5) Make a new Color Balance layer

MIDTONES -10, +10, +10
SHADOWS -10, +10, +10
HIGHLIGHTS +5, 0, -5

6) Make a new Color Balance layer

MIDTONES +10, +10, +10
SHADOWS -10, +10, +10
HIGHLIGHTS -5, 0, +5

7) Make a new Hue/Saturation/Lightness layer

MASTER 0, +10, 0

8) Go to Layer> New Fill Layer> Solid Color and fill it with EC924F. Set that to Darken 5%.

9) Copy Merge your layer and paste. Go to Filter> Blur> Radial Blur

Amount: 30
Blur Method: Spin
Quality: Best

Erase some of the layer.

9) I added a scratch texture, and that's it!
