Sorry to put this in a comment thread, but I wasn't sure of the best way to contact you. Are you aware that one of your books is claimed to be sold by Apple at

for $99.99, with a listed length of '1 page', with 'lulu.com' as a publisher? The very high price and odd metadata supplied for the book seem quite suspicious, and I suspect someone may be trying to make money off your work without your involvement...

I'm a fan of your books and was trying to figure out if any were available as ebooks, and happened on this listing on iBooks, and thought you might like to know about it.
