I am not dead. I have not stopped writing. Chapter Six of Deep Blue Sea should be going to the beta within the week, barring emergencies or Writers Block From Hell (which I've had all month). Even though One Piece is not my primary fandom any more (and I can't even begin to figure out what is), I will not drop DBS until it's finished

You live! And I second _paperpencil because dude. Deep Blue Sea and Legends belong together. It's like one huge foreshadowing to the Strawhats visiting the Merman Island group obsession with Merman!Sanji outpouring of fandom sister soul. So don't you dare think of stopping (or you know, if you do get really sick of it I guess we'll understand >.> ...someday....after much weeping ;_;) and I hope the writer's block goes away. *sends Luffy to break it*

...on second thought that might not be such a good idea. He'd probably get confused as to what type of block it would be...

Oh, please do continue! I'll admit, I understand the boat you're in, considering I've been watching more Avatar: The Last Airbender than One Piece and most of my writing's been original fic (I learned long ago not to ignore Nibs), but I'm still chugging slowly away on the Strawhats!god fic.

But I really, really do like Deep Blue Sea and every detail you've put into it, and I hope you finish it.
