He frowned and tipped his little basket up, showing her the three single one dollar bills inside the basket. Business was not good. More than not good.
He felt a smirk sliding onto his lips, and didn't even realize it. "Well... I could give you one really sweet kiss, or we could go elsewhere to finish things up." He was kidding, of course. To prove this, he inserted a doofy laugh.
He chuckled, and then leaned forward. He gestured with one finger, urging her to come closer. "I'll do my very best to make it worthwhile, Ms. Lang." he said with a smile.
Slowly, he closed the space between them, and pressed his lips to hers. At first, it was a gentle kiss, soft and sweet. But then, without notice, it grew, becoming a little harder and rougher.
He finally pulled back before it had a chance to become too intense. He couldn't get caught up in it. After all, it was supposed to only be a business transaction.
But...James looked so bored, possibly grumpy, not to mention lonely. The least she could do was go over and say hi.
And so she approached, a weak grin on her face.
"How's business?"
