Had a trip with the guys on Friday to a place called B-B-Q Nation. It's a chain here in India that specializes in all-you-can-eat style veg/non-veg kababs. Pretty tasty! They pre cook various meats and vegetables and then bring them out for you to finish off with the seasoning of your choice over hot coals brought to your table. Once that's done,
