Right. So after all my whining about how there isn’t enough Hakuren fic in the 07-Ghost fandom, the first 07-Ghost fic I finish has…NO HAKUREN AT ALL.

This fic, then, is about Teito and Frau. They’re so interesting. Despite the age gap and the fact that Frau is nominally training Teito to be a priest, they have an amazingly balanced relationship

Hmm those two are such martyrs at heart, believing all could be saved but themselves. This is a really great character piece, it reminds me of my longing for the next chapter in this series.

Hah, they really ARE such martyrs--but it turns out hilarious, because neither of them has any patience with the would-be martyrdom of the other, and they spend a lot of time basically screaming, "GET A GRIP!" at each other. Good influences! ...Oddly. XD

And thank you for the good health wishes. I DO feel better--should be normal by tomorrow. Hopefully. *crosses fingers* ^_^

Btw: have you seen Thor? Because while Thor himself is nothing to write home about, Loki is AWESOME. And the movie totally sets the groundwork for Loki to be BEST FRIENDS mentally with Crazy!Ed.

...yeeeessss, I did see Thor, lol, random. XD And I enjoyed Loki quite a bit. Actually, I enjoyed Thor, too. So happy! So dumb! Very like a mastiff puppy that has just eaten your couch and does not understand why you're mad! (But...but the couch was delicious...?)

But my favorite, no contest, was Darcy. No contest. Of course, Darcy and Loki fic has the potential to be a lot of fun. XD

Still, while I'd never say never, I'm unlikely to write fic for Thor, because that would involve either reading decades of backlog of Marvel comics (hah) or at least watching the movie, you know, multiple times. And though I liked the movie, I kind of hate the sound of human voices IT'S NOT STRANGE AT ALL. *hides* There are exceptions to this rule (oh, Benedict Cumberbatch), but there aren't many. ...yeah, I have no idea.

I haven't read much 07-Ghost fanfic, and haven't gotten around to writing any, but I knew it would be worth my time to read this one, since you wrote it...and I was right! It's thoughtful, as well as amusing. Nicely done.

I do not read very much FFs for quite some time now, but I really enjoyed this one. Even if there are a few things that must be from information I did not gather yet or they just got fannon some time ago ( or I just missed these parts when I read the chapters).
I really like the way you put their thoughts together - especially the part with Marie (which was the last time in the manga I really believed, he was flirting X'D).

Speedster! Right around the time Vol. 11 came out, a volume called 07-Ghost Children also came out. It had little backstory stories for Frau, Kuroyuri & Haruse, Konatsu, Teito & Mikage, Yuki & Suzu. It's a fun book. I have to believe someone scanlated it. *_*

It really explains everything you need to know about Frau. Apparently he grew up working as a waiter in a bar with dancing girls, run by a fierce lady named Magdalene. And he eventually ran off with an air pirate named Gid, whose personal style adult!Frau copies, I mean, absolutely. HE EVEN STOLE THE MAN'S JEWELRY. XD

It's adorable, that story. ♥
