I had considered trying the NaNoWriMo challenge, but I couldn't come up with a decent idea. I'm not even sure how big of a story a 50,000-word story is, page-wise. Perhaps next year.
I have also been frustrated by the inability to do a similar project, National Album Recording Month, which involves creating an album of at least 31 minutes in length during the month of May. I need the time to be able to sit in front of the home computer and create music, and that's been a scarcity with the two girls running around the house. Once again, I can pray that next year I will have the opportunity to make it happen.

While it seems long to write, it's actually quite short to read. Not quite a novella, but definitely a long way short of a blockbuster.
