Including pictures

On a different tack - I tried to include a picture, but didn't succeed. You seem to manage to include pictures without problems - how do you do it?

well read the faq, and also I put in my explanation the other day but if you have
netscape(with explorer good luck to you or
ask someone who knows I dont)right click the
picture and put copy image location and
then past it within a frame of img src="x" /
with the < > at the ends and remember the space
after your second " before the / and the > and
then put a final . so that the last thing doesnt
get eroded as last letters do.
