you should get a small loan of just a couple of hundred dollars. just for the purpose of rebuilding your credit. don't spend the loan money. just use it to pay back the loan. sure, you're also paying back interest on it, but as long as your paying on it for six or more months, it affects your credit in a positive way. it's worth whatever interest you're paying on a couple hundred bucks to get your credit history looking good.
