Everything. It was like Murphy's Law in action. If it could go wrong, it would, and terribly. One year, everyone who got costumes at one specific place turned into those costumes. We all believed we were those people.

I was lucky. All I turned into was a ghost. So I actually still remembered everything. Most people didn't.

[Oh Usopp, you don't know what you're missing!] It's a holiday that people celebrate where I'm from...and probably in some other worlds, too. People dress up in costumes, kids can go trick-or-treating for candy, and there are a lot of parties and other stuff too. It's all about scaring people and being scared.
