Talking to a liberal on a different journal, I brought up Obama's scandals, predictably, he denied several of them, but accepted that the murder of american citizens without warrant, charge, or any other form of due process was bad... But is somehow convinced Romney would have been worse...

What's interesting is that the next president (if we have one) probably *will* be worse in this context. Because, and only because, we allowed this to happen. If Obama were impeached, charged with conspiracy to commit murder, and hanged, then I can guarantee that the next president wouldn't repeat the crime. What stands in the way of that? Liberals.

Talking to liberals is virtually useless. Better to just present the facts, mock and document the errors in their response. Then kick them a few times when they ignore your points and try to change the subject. It's usless to get into a "debate ( ... )

It's just the nakedness of the "agenda uber alles" that is somewhat startling among the more reasoning of the liberals. That they're basically willing to say "yes, he's a monster, but hey, Obamaphone!"

Most of my commentary concerns the true ideologue, not the young idealistic and naive mush-heads who don't understand the real world, not the people who like their "free stuff" - they have nothing to "debate" (rationalize) anyway except their "right" to my stuff.

I politely tell them that's fine but they have been described by some (and yes, the sources of who first used it, Like Lenin, are dubious) as "useul idiots".

What I do is establish whether a person believe or rejects our founding principles and documents - if so, what need is there for further discussion?

My time is better spent educating poeople on what those principles are.
