They don't care. They know they won't be punished. Oh, I'm sure the individual useful idiots who got caught on camera will be fired, but that will be all. None of the architects will ever receive any degree of judgment for their crimes in this life, even if they don't succeed at their objective, i.e. to destroy Western Civilization, at which I give them pretty good odds.
