The founders said even the incredible system of federalism, separation of powers, checks & balances, limited enumerated powers that they created could prevent tyranny from taking hold if people lacking virtue gained power and especially over a population of uninformed people.

Too many people are oblivious to what is happening and, even should enough of them wake up, it may be too late to stop this juggernaut as politicians, their enablers, and their constituents have sold their souls to the devil.
