Very nice prologue, although it stands nicely on its own. I love the idea of Muggle popcorn as a gift for Remus. If you continue to write the rest of this, I can't wait to see his reaction to her gift. :)

Thank you! I'm glad you think it could stand on its own if it had to (Which it won't, I promise). Hope you like the next bit as well. Thanks for reading!

Oh what a cute idea! I love Tonks ignoring her mother in lieu of thinking on Remus’ present. Very sweet prologue!

I look forward to the next bit!

Thanks! The issue of how to portray Andromeda (and particularly Tonks' reaction to her mother) was a difficult one to come up with simply because its been done in Fanfic so often and in so many different ways. I'm glad you think this worked! I hope you'll enjoy the next part which should be here in a day or two. Thanks for reading!

The format of interspersing Tonks' thoughts with her mother's conversation is really intriguing. It's a very nice contrast to the normal straightforward narative line. I do hope you are able to finish the piece. It's a very good start and leaves the reader wanting to see Remus' reaction.
Merry Christmas!

I have to admit I patted myself on the back a bit for using that, though as I said earlier, it took a while to come up with it. I like experimenting with different styles and orriginal ways of writing things when I can, so I'm glad you thought this worked. The next part will be up shortly I promise. Thanks for reading!
