Title: The Season Bright

Setting: Post-Hogwarts, AU
Word Count: 16,700 or so according to Word, but it's somehow picked up an extra 1,000 words during the transfer to ff.net. Pity I can't send chapters to my thesis supervisors via that site - instant word count boost!

Brilliant, briliant, brilliant! I love this Alternative Reality and how things are different yet the same (both twins alive *sob*) and how Remus has SNUFFLES WITH HIM. XD

Sitting here in my new fluffy robe with Christmas lights and candles reading new R/T, how could Christmas get better than that?! I'm usually not a fan of AU (other than they really were just taking an inappropriate nap!) but this was so spot on and not completely A in the U, that I really enjoyed it! And I'd like to 3rd the motion for a continuation!

"Just hold on to me and I'll do all the work," Remus assured her, his voice a touch husky.

"Well, that is what every woman wants to hear," said Tonks, winding her intact arm around his neck, and heard him snort with laughter. One of the greatest lines ever in R/T!

Loved Mad Eye sneaking a gift in to Tonk's bag, and it becoming her new favorite thing in the world despite in smelling like burnt toast!

Sounds like the perfect way to finish Christmas to me! :) I did something similar myself, with Celtmama's "To The Victor Belongs The Spoils", which is my favourite Christmas fic.

Thank you! :) I think this whole thing was worthwhile just for the malicious satisfaction involved in feeding Bellatrix and Dolohov to the giant squid.
