i think you did very well with your prompts! Of course Remus would be clever and very romantic, even if short on funds! Thanks for posting!

Oh, thanks! I really did have to shoehorn the prompts in though.

And yes, Remus is an expert on doing really fancy things on a shoestring budget, lol. Thanks for reading.

Awww. Remus is wonderful, being that creative (and mischievous). The scene between Remus and Tonks made me grin, too; it shows their friendship and attraction, but it has great little nervous moments as they try to figure each other out.

Now you've got me wondering what Tonks has given Remus... ;)

I figure he doesn't have a lot of money, but he has a lot of wizardly talent, so he'll put that to good use. ;)

Thanks for reading.

Oh, how sweet! That was certainly a very Remus gift. This was a nice, fluffy, well written little fic in which both Remus and Tonks were spot on. Particularly Tonks, that line about "Usually you have to hit me over the head with things before I get them," seemed like something right out of the book. Well done!

Thanks! I struggled a bit with the actual gift, but it came to me eventually, lol.

I like writing dialog, but I do find Tonks a bit difficult. I can't really "hear" her in my head. Maybe it's because I'm not British? *shrugs*

Thanks again for reading.

I was a bit unsure at first at just what their status was, they seemed nervous around each other but then the banter about Remus under the tree with nothing but a bow (great image btw ;) )seemed more like an established relationship. It confused me a bit but after consideration I kind of like it. It's early days and they're testing their boundaries. I loved Remus' inventive gift, just the kind of thing he'd do.

You're right; I don't make it too clear, do I? I think it's because I imagined this as happening after they'd been dating, but were not sure exactly where they were headed. Or something like that, lol.

Thanks for reading!

What a creative Christmas present that would say so much yet not cost a lot. Made me warm inside. Thanks!

Oh thanks! That's very nice of you to say. I figure Remus is all about practical gifts, or gifts he can make himself or something like that. He probably puts more thought than money into them.

Thanks for reading!
