It seems like one of Remus's biggest problems is that he seems himself like this parasite destroying everybody else's lives... when in fact he is enriching them a great deal. XD
Thanks very much! :)

ice cream tended to function like emotional glue when you’d managed to break yourself.
That was just so true I had to mention that I loved it.
three pints of chocolate fudge ripple (she always added “of doom” in her head; it just sounded right)
I think that you have captured the personalities of most of my friends in that sentence. XD
(“But perfectly safe!” “…we think…”)
Congrats; you can write the Weasley twins!
(In compliance to the previous)Diagon Alley next

Have to agree that the description of Remus' greyness and his fear of it swallowing up her color is really apt. Great job with that!

It seems like that's Remus's problem at the most basic level -- he doesn't want to drag Tonks down.
Of course, he's a silly, but that's another problem entirely. XD

I think Tonks and Remus are two of the most understandable characters Rowling came up with in some ways. They're just... real-person-y. XD I'd forgotten how much I liked the pairing, too, to tell the truth! :X
Heeee, as soon as I had an image of him sitting behind the counter, I knew the fic was actually going to happen. XD It's the Power of Near at work. 8D Besides, I couldn't be expected to make a complete departure from DN, now, could I...? XD

The pun lover in me is thrilled! Your use of colour and descriptors was excellent throughout the entire piece.
