The two headed monstrosity is actually a scientific experiment. But they got fed up with the basement and broke free. Unfortunately, it didn't get very far past the scientist, who had trapped a young farmlad inside a tractor. The monstrosity tried to get him out but it was too late, and due to another experiment gone awry, lad and tractor were merged as one. But he also is able to make ice cream come out of his knees. He thinks it impresses the ladies, but this is just a sign of his ever impending insanity
