We don't really have a cool mexican place to go to aside from Taco Bell which...probably doesn't count. I am sad at the lack of mexican goodness in my vicinity. Oh wait we have Qdoba (burrito place), that counts...merely because they serve giant fantastic veggie burritos that wow really makes me want one now. Must find five dolla.

I was vague, it's not really a Mexican place, it's a burgers-seafood-Mexican-whatever place. Though a 24-hour all-Mexican food place is a BRILLIANT idea.

Your post randomly reminded me how my uncle "taught" me how to make quesadillas when I was in Chicago. I've yet to try it, though I'm sure it's very easy and it should be fit for human consumption by the second try.

No, it's not a microwave method (eww, that sounds gross anyway). It involves a pan, and really only takes 5 minutes. Or less.
