Emma Frost. I don't think she's in the animated series, but she's a major player in Whedon's run.

Sigh, it's always the guys that die. This isn't the first thing I've heard/seen where every male person dies (though, the monkey is a unique twist). It's that weak Y chromosome and the lack of a second X - whatever the cause, I'm putting my bet on something that targets the Y chromosome. Though, by this logic, female birds and butterflies should die since their chromosomes are arranged the other way . . . I'm thinking too much into genetics.

Just to provide further details: There was something specific about whatever caused all the males in the comic to die (they still haven't stated what it was) that only targeted mammals. *frown* I think. Maybe it was only primates? But I think it was mammals. Ami would probably know.

I just can't get into comics, it's really not my bag - it's a shame because I'd really like to see where Buffy goes from the end of the TV show...

Is it really good? I was a little put off from finding out the plot, in case it completely bit. I heard something about Dawn being a giant???

I'll be honest.. it's not the best ever. I was a little disappointed, but only because I had such high hopes going in. But he does do a good job. A far better job than the former Buffy comics.

Yeah, Dawn is a giant, but only temporarily ^_^ It's suspected she slept with a "thricewise" (who the heck knows what that means) and that's why she's all giant-y.

If you get a chance, you should definitely give them a try though. FAITH is coming back in a couple issues. :D

I love your random facts of the day and such. I also happen to like "Suzanne Vega - Tom's Diner" I remember for a long time I was trying to figure out what it was because I'd heard it on the radio and could remember some lyrics, but no matter who I repeated them to, no one knew. )= This was before google.
