Took a Latin midterm today and completely blew it. Horrible, horrible. None of the grammar was recent stuff. No datives, no ablatives of time or location. No subjunctive clauses of fear or jussive noun. It was CICERO, if that means anything to you. If I've ever complained about Latin, it's about translating Cicero. He just plain sucks.
