Thanks to Danielle, I tried
cold brewing coffee last night.
- Throw a bunch of ground coffee into a bowl/jar/whatever with water. (4:1, H2O:coffee)
- Cover and let it sit on the counter over night.
- Strain. (I strained once with a metal filter and then again with a coffee filter. You can go straight to the coffee filter, but I used much coffee

And, I ALWAYS drink coffee before working out. I would just die if I didn't.
