Two of my friends want me to teach them how to cook. Which I think is kind of hilarious because I don't really know what I'm doing in the kitchen most of the time. I throw things together and then hope for the best. Thankfully whatever I've concocted turns out pleasantly edible 9 times out of 10, but that was not always the case.

It's more of a one plate meal that you eat with a fork. Still has corn chips on the bottom, but that's about the only similarity! Usually the chips are flavoured (BBQ or whatever) and then there's a chili-like tomato layer spooned hot over top, I believe there's cheese and other toppings as well, but it's not put under the broiler like ours.
