So for the past 7 months Sears has been giving Mark the run around over a bed he bought, yet cancelled the purchase before the bed was delivered. Yet they are still charging him for it and giving him the run around. For an item he does not have and never did have. This whole situation has been so ridiculous, I thought I'd share his story in case ( Read more... )

or maybe even good housekeeping - they have an article at the end that they solve problems for people, and this is just the right sort of thing!
