That is the only reason: did you program, you'd have yr own notions and this code-is-alive-and-may-even-have-feelings ScheissKontent would not be aimed at you, which it is; you are in the vanguard of End Users, and must have all sorts of post-post-neo-crapola dropped on your dome in hopes that you may forget the axiom 'it must do what I need it to do or it is not useful'.
'agile': nobody can write SMALL the way they used to do- remember MM2? Fit on a 360, it did. Nobody can do this anymore or don't care to, so they are brag about how Maneuverable their gigantic code-behemoth might be under certain carefully-preselected circumstances.
Whether this agility is actually reflected in the ware, I dunno. I think they used to call it 'interoperability' or maybe 'Esperanto'. Possibly related to 'cloud' although I remember cloud best as a young goat. Echo's kid, always getting out of her pen and trotting into the bunkhouse with a goatly smile on her face. Agile.
