yeah it's kinda scary, but you do realize that all these things have been considered public record for decades and decades. I mean you can go to a courthouse and find blueprints for homes built in any given area (since those plans have to be approved by various city authorities for building codes and what not).
the only difference now is that you don't have to hire a private investigator to physically dig it up, instead you can pay to use an online service. But really this is all stuff that's been there before.
