Doesn't exist? I mean, I guess some people still argue that Kyoto's a capital too, but Tokyo's been the main one since the Meiji Restoration.

I don't know about anyone else here... but where I come from, the Tokugawa Shogunate haven't ruled for nearly a century and a half.
