Last night, Death By Silver won the Lambda Literary Award for LGBT SF/Fantasy/Horror!  Amy and I are both completely delighted, not least because we had pretty much convinced ourselves that we weren't going to win.  The nominees this year were exceptional, and the books ranged from solid SF to strong fantasy and pretty much everything in between.

Congratulations to both of you - and well-deserved too! I've been recommending Death by Silver everywhere I can, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Fabulous news about the sequel too, I was very much hoping there was one on the cards.

(Speaking of sequels, I've also just read Fairs' Point, which was as wonderful as ever - it was so nice to see more Nico and Philip. I'm very much hoping there'll be more Points books to come too!)

The working title - to be confirmed today when I get the contract back to Lethe - is "A Death at the Dionysus Club," and in it Ned and Julian explore a bit more of London's gay underground while facing a blackmailer and trying to sort out their own relationship...

And there will be another Points book as well - Point of Sighs. In which Nico gets a temporary promotion and Philip discovers just how bad his stars are for water.
