Quick update

Things have been quite intense. I feel I always say this, but it’s true. I moved from Ann Arbor to Columbus last weekend. Changed jobs, I am now a real assistant professor. Trying to understand where I am trying to go in the grand scheme of things.

On the 1st of August I also to Heidelberg to see this guy I’ve been dating since end of February (

That's so awesome that you took the leap! Even if it doesn't work out, you can't say you didn't try... I've tried it twice, first time I ended up getting ghosted shortly after, the second one I'm still doing my thing with 7 years later. So ya never know!

Congrats on the new role, sounds very awkward with that dude, did he like having someone from afar but once you were in front of him it was a bit inconvenient or something? I'd be stoked if someone traveled that far to see me!
