Additionally...how much do I need to watch Donnie Darko (which is sitting next to my tv)? Much, Very Much, or OMFG What the Hell is Wrong with You, How Have You Had This DVD for Months without Watching It?

It depends. I think people either love it or are mystified by it. For you, I'd say just Much, Very Much. But now I'm curious to see what you think of it.

Hummm, yeah Ive been wondering bout that too...Im trying to remember prizes they gave out in Bournemouth..Starfury they gave out tickets to the next con......LOL, If its the Plan I think I would cry for you...Just bask in the thought that Mary and Eddie will be giving the prizes so at the least you'll get a hug/kiss ;-)

I don't want a box set either, although maybe Elizabeth does. She could have it. But I don't know what else they'd give... I think some hugs would be plenty prize enough. ;)

I LOVE Donnie Darko. I love the entire movie and cast and I love Mary as Rose Darko. I know she gets all the acclaim for SWAF/Passion Fish/BSG, but I really think she was amazing as Rose. She turned a little part into something really compelling.

DD was my favourite movie even before my induction to the Mary fandom, though I LOVED Rose Darko, suck snark and yes a tiny role that shone like a belisha beacon!

Honestly, though I love her as SWAF I didnt actually watch the movie til I became Mary'ed...and though I love her in it - DD I think is a better movie *hides*

You don't need to hide here! I really dislike DWW and I don't care if that makes me a bad Mary fan. I think it's a macho "guy" movie, all guns and horses and "I'm so cool, the Native Americans love me" blah blah. And Kevin Costner really bugs me onscreen, though I'm sure he's a great guy... I guess if you like that type of movie it could be good, but I just don't.
