Hmm... What I used to do was go on as long as I can without sleep until such time it's my regular sleeping time and when I'm so very sleepy. I try to sleep then, and my sched goes back to normal... I hope you're okay...

haha my sleep is so screwed at this rate but I'm ok so far, just so out of it though. Starting to break things around here though (i.e. glasses) lol.

I have sleep problems myself and it ended up the underlying problems didn't need meds; it needed a different kind of treatment. If you're able to see a doctor about it hopefully it would help you! I only got diagnosed when I finally sought out a doctor specializing in sleep though--other doctors pretty much just shrugged and said it was stress. DX Hopefully your insomnia hasn't been chronic... sleep deprivation really kills you. ;__;

Aw, I'm sorry about the wonky sleep schedule. :( Try reading chemistry or physics before bed. That knocks me out everytime!

Yay! Normally I hate when manga gets licensed, but 07-Ghost hasn't been updated in forever! Maybe now I gets to read the awesome faster. <3

haha yes. Boring stuffs can be a saver in this case xD

Aww man, I'm sorry about that messed-up sleep schedule. I hope you can get some sleep soon! Usually what I do is flip on a light and read part of a book laying down. It can help you get reaaaally tired.
Hopefully it works for you and that you'll be better soon. :)
