Ok I am a dork...but this is really an actual application. And I think you'll like it.

Hmmm. Two fleshy nuts on one bolt and twist? :) Or use the nuts and bolt as a substitute dildo... Hmmm.
Oooh. Clamping of fleshy bits between the bolts. Wing nuts might be pretty on a small bolt for nipple/clit/labia clamp. And slowly twist them tighter. *evil grin*
Or a horribly uncomfortable bit gag lashed to the head with rope/chain between the bolts and the cheeks. :)
