Today I am officially “separated”

Today I sent in my separation papers, so I am officially no longer an employee of BNYMellon. =)

I decided then that today was my first day of work at being focused on my own projects. Despite the huge lists I posted, I’ve mostly spent the last couple of weeks on vacation mode. I read a lot of fanfiction, read some manga, packed up some stuff still

It's over-arching. :P At first I thought you were saying you were over-reaching, with which I disagree.

I'm glad you are officially separated. Can we add "plan trip to Peru" to your giant list? Then you can make deadlines for bP (before peru, not beyond petroleum, or as I like to call them British Petroleum) and aP (after Peru).

Seriously though, I think strong realistic deadlines are a good idea. And maybe keep certain series or activities off limits if you don't meet a deadline? If you want, I'll be your buddy on that too and add deadlines to my giant to do lists. I can't give up reading b/c I'm not reading because I still haven't unpacked my books, but I could give up the one TV show I still watch. Let me know. :)

I think we should definitely add Trip to Peru to the list. That's a great deadline too!

I do need to think of a penalty if I don't finish things for the due dates I set.

What TV show are you watching? Right now the only thing I'm watching is the endless re-runs of Criminal Minds on Ion.

Ummm, Vampire Diaries. I don't think I should put that on the web where people can see it...
