NYAF Problems, ARGH

So I just found out from a friend's journal that NYAF is stating to people who call up asking for AA tables that their artist alley is for Pen and Paper arts only. (2-D art.) Nothing was said to me when I emailed asking about available space and requirements for the alley. I was just sent a contract. >_< Now I have to find out if my buttons are

You know I'm sympathetic about the artist alley hassles for sure. Been there, done that. ;) Granted I'm doing artist alley at some shows, because some shows allow people who do hand made stuff. All my costumes are made by me. This has made travelling to the san jose area for a table more affordable for me.
