On Saturday, spawnily and I went on another food spree, this time at Mandarin Hotel's Top of the M RestaurantOriginally we'd planned for a group of 4 persons for the buffet lunch, to make use of a 1 for 1 offer, and to allow another 2 persons to enjoy this treat with us. That must feel horrible! Hotel restaurants tend to be more picky on such stuff, luckily I did ask about the dress code beforehand...
And yeah, I had loads of oysters! :D

WOW! thats quite a good price after the 1-4-1 what!
very value for money if you eat a lot! ;)

And I did eat a lot! Haha!

The price is okay only after the offer, but the main courses were too few and consisted of just a few selections. Even the seafood table wasn't replenished often enough. Food wise, it's not really enough. But I guess we were also paying for ambience (nice), service (good), singers (lovely), etc... :D

OMG~ i left a trait of droolz after viewin the pictures... @_@ heh heh, usually i will save my stomach for desserts too. and i tink for $26/pax, it is a gd deal.

trader's hotel serves pretty decent buffet too!

Hahaha the desserts are pretty amazing alright, just looking at them again is making me drool too! LOL

Trader's ah, can consider! And we still have the JB food trip!! But I really need to stay away from buffets and big meals for a while, let me get back into some shape first before I get all out of proportions! LOL

Your food spread at happycafe looks far more impressive! I think I ate less than 1/3 of what you ate, but double your desserts. hehee.

Not sure of the locations yet, but likely to be at the museums or historical areas. I'll be staying at Hotel Nikko KL，near KLCC, on Tue and Wed, then go Malacca on Thurs, before flying back to SG from KLIA... :D
