The past few days I'd been browsing through various websites for promotional offers on air tickets and tour packages. I so need an overseas vacation badly...

Thought you wanted to join me for Bangkok in November?

Yup yup! Bangkok in November would be for shopping, I've to get back to you once I have my schedules ready...

But I am looking at doing another Contiki Tour before I turn 35yo, which is the age limit for their tour groups, and it'll be a good chance to do the other parts of Greece that I'd missed the last time... :)

And of course, any other long holidays abroad will be considered seriously... :)

what's the Contiki Tour?

It's a series of tours, ranging from low-budget to luxury, that are targeted at youths between ages 18 to 35, and rather popular with Australians and New Zealanders...

How was it to celebrate New Year Day in Australia then?

It was absolutely fabulous! I did my countdown with thousands of others at Hobart's main pier, and although it was drizzling and the weather was only 4degC, the whole scene was so special. Especially when the fireworks lit up the whole place for about half an hour! Damn shiok! :)
