Oh God that is the cutest thing on the planet! tiny tiny kitty Merlin OWNS, OWNS THE WHOLE OF ALBION, I SAY. I imagine Merlin was practising some sort of transmutation spell but ended up mispronouncing the last vowel, which happened to sound exactly like the shrinking spell and....this is how he ended up being a minuscule kitten. OMG and Arthur would be flipping out whenever he would not have Merlin somewhere where he could see him, because he could be eaten by the ginormous rats (because they are still there, since Merlin is the worst manservant ever) or his dogs or something and Uther would quirk an eyebrow because Arthur would be trying hard not to laugh when his father was talking to him, because Merlin would be hidden in his cape and tickling his neck with his tiny whiskers.
