Everyone except Tonks is acceptable to have as aquaintances, because Severus doesn't have "friends". Tonks is a mudblood and from what I hear a bit strange anyway, so Sev wouldn't have anything to do with him.

Nobody wants anything to do with Tonks. :P Phoebe is shy, Bellatrix has minions, not friends and dislikes Snape anyway, as does Barty, so we shall have some fun. Hehe.
