Dec . 5 Series Finale Merlin meetup
Well, it's coming up fast but we'd like to celebrate the Merlin season finale with other Merlin fans. It's much more fun that way!
So we are going to meet this time at my house - archaeologist_d - at about noon on Sunday Dec. 5.
We'd also like to send an invitation to other groups not in the merlinnyc to join us!
Yes, I live in New Jersey but I do have a 65 inch big-screen tv and I will also have the UK DVDs for the first part of Series 3 by the time we have the meetup! So think audio commentaries, deleted scenes, etc. Plus there will be food!
Further info as to how to get to my house will be announced in another merlinnyc post but I do live in South Brunswick, NJ, just north of Princeton, about smack in the middle of the state. For those who aren't members of merlinnyc , just send me a PM and I'll get directions back to you.
missdewey has offered to drive up to 3 other people from NYC if they can't really afford to get here by bus. The bus cost is around $22 round trip. Please contact her about a ride.
From NYC, it's easiest by bus or driving. From Philadelphia, you can take the train to Jersey Ave. New Brunswick and then take the bus going toward Princeton. My house is about 5 minutes drive time from the bus stop and call me and I'll pick you up. Unfortunately, none of the train stations are close (25 minute drive each way).
