Location of the final scene of episode 3:13

OK, so these pictures may not be the most exciting, but we dutifully followed the bright orange signs dotted around Pierrefonds and found the wooded area where they'd been filming the last scene of the finale.

Sadly it doesn't look half so magical in these photos as it did in that final scene! :-) That said, it was a nice walk past the church and offered some different views of the chateau than you usually get.

I think the rock in the second and third photos is the one they actually used on screen. I'm assuming that dent in the mud is where they set up the camera.

It is quite a pleasant walk through the grounds of the church and beyond, but without the prop rocks there it will be quite tricky to figure out the exact location. There aren't a lot of obvious landmarks.
