Nothing to declare

I found this on a Versailles website. There's a reading of Mark Dempster's "Nothing to declare" and you couldn't buy a ticket, but had to make a donation which is all going to The Big Issue Foundation. Tonight's the last night and as much as I want to know how the story ends, I am so happy when I finally made it through.
Alex was only in that one episode.
And I think he kept himself busy, writing, playing with his new cat....

It was quite the ride for me to listen to all those Scottish speakers and the story of a life so far from anything that I even could imagine experiencing.

As far as I know, Bookstreamz from Booksoffice.com did that before. It was just new and experimental to me having a book read to me via zoom in 7 evenings.

I wonder how Alex got involved in this.
