This isn't quite cast news but....Dale McCready who worked on most of Merlin's five seasons as Director of Photography has posted a lot of hers behind the scenes photos of Merlin. They are in high res, too, and gorgeous. She says she's working through them so this isn't all of them. There are many photos of the main cast and crew.https://www.
